LEARNING PROGRAMMES BY LEVEL

A1

40 academic hours / 210 €

Beginner user

  • A1 level consists of two sublevels, 40 academic hours each
  • will understand the most common phrases about oneself, family and the immediate environment
  • will be able to write down a short and simple text, and to fill personal details into a form
  • while communicating, will be able to give and answer simple questions about basic needs

The A1 level programme consists of 80 academic hours. The programme contains 2 sublevels – A1.1 and A1.2. Classes take place twice a week. One class lasts 2 academic hours or 1.5 hours. The length of one course is 2.5 months. In the level A lessons we strive to lay a strong foundation for grammar and pronunciation, as well as to teach to participate in conversations in everyday situations. At the end of every course the skills that have been gained are tested and a certificate is issued.

A2

40 academic hours / 210 €

User with basic language skills

  • A2 level consists of two sublevels, 40 academic hours each
  • will be able to understand and use the most common phrases about employment, place of residence and shopping
  • will be able to find specific information in announcement posters, ads, menus and timetables
  • will know how to write short letters and to exchange information on well-known subjects

The A2 level programme consists of 80 academic hours. The programme contains 2 sublevels – A2.1 and A2.2. Classes take place twice a week. One class lasts 2 academic hours or 1.5 hours. The length of one course is 2.5 months. In the level A lessons we strive to lay a strong foundation for grammar and pronunciation, as well as teach to participate in conversations in everyday situations. At the end of every course the knowledge that has been gained is tested, speaking and pronunciation skills are checked and a certificate is issued.

B1

40 academic hours / 240 €

Advanced user

  • B1 level consists of three sublevels, 40 academic hours each
  • will understand the gist of clear, slower-paced conversations at work, school or when watching television
  • will be able to grasp and write texts which have a lot of frequently-used words, on known subjects
  • will be able to communicate in travel situations and engage in conversations about everyday life

The B1 level programme consists of 120 academic hours. The programme contains 3 sublevels – B1.1, B1.2 and B1.3. Classes take place twice a week. One class lasts 2 academic hours or 1.5 hours. The length of one course is 2.5 months. Level B lessons are focused on developing speaking skills. At the end of every course the knowledge that has been gained is tested, speaking and pronunciation skills are checked and a certificate is issued.

B2

40 academic hours / 240 €

High-level advanced user

  • B2 level consists of three sublevels, 40 academic hours each.
  • will be able to follow movies, lectures and other kinds of advanced language on fairly-known subjects
  • will be able to read articles and contemporary prose, as well as write detailed texts
  • will be able to communicate spontaneously, give a motivated opinion and participate in discussions of a known context

The B2 level programme consists of 120 academic hours. The programme contains 3 sublevels – B2.1, B2.2 and B2.3. Classes take place twice a week. One class lasts 2 academic hours or 1.5 hours. The length of one course is 2.5 months. Level B lessons are focused on developing speaking skills. At the end of every course the knowledge that has been gained is tested, speaking and pronunciation skills are checked and a certificate is issued.

C1

40 academic hours / 280 Eur

Proficient language user

  • will grasp vaguely structured language and understand television programmes without much effort
  • will be able to read complex fiction and informational texts of an unknown field
  • will communicate spontaneously and almost without seeking any expressions, and will be able to write comprehensive texts

The C1 level programme consists of 120 academic hours. The programme contains 3 sublevels – C1.1, C1.2 and C1.3. Classes take place twice a week. One class lasts 2 academic hours or 1.5 hours. The length of one course is 2.5 months. At the end of every course the knowledge that has been gained is tested, speaking and pronunciation skills are checked and a certificate is issued.
